Will Drafting will focus on the planning and drafting considerations that are common to all wills regardless of size. You will learn how to determine what your clients want and how to implement those desires. Join our panel of experienced practitioners as they explain necessary clauses, preferred language, and how to anticipate and avoid probate problems. Additionally, the non-Federal tax considerations are becoming paramount for most estates. This program will feature discussion on planning and drafting considerations, dispositive and other administrative provisions of a will. All attendees will receive a copy of the newly revised MICPEL publication Will Drafting in Maryland as the course materials. Forms on disk are also available for separate purchase.
