This program is designed to give attorneys, insurance professionals and risk managers the practical tools they need to handle a coverage matter from beginning to end, pointing out each side of the coverage issues. Our outstanding faculty will offer plenary sessions devoted to the most common forms of liability insurance coverage and common coverage problems. They will cover commercial general liability and automobile insurance and will discuss how to find or defeat coverage for intentional torts, construction defects and intellectual property. You will learn how to litigate insurance issues and the ropes of Maryland’s new bad faith statute. All attendees will receive comprehensive course materials on Maryland Insurance Law covering each session of the
