What you will learn and why you should attend
The reality of civil litigation is that most cases do not go to trial. What you do during the pre-trial stage is often a decisive factor in the outcome of the case. Attend Civil Pre-Trial Practice and learn how to prepare, present, and manage your case during this crucial phase.
This program is specifically geared to lawyers with limited pre-trial or trial experience. You will learn successful techniques to prepare for and move toward trial, as well as how to handle the most common problems that arise during pre-trial preparation at the Circuit Court level. All attendees will receive a copy of Civil Pre-Trial Practice, 2008 Edition, written by Neil Dilloff, Esq. This invaluable manual includes forms, practice insights, and tips.
