RETURN POLICY
MICPEL will gladly issue a refund, credit, or exchange for all book purchases in resaleable condition returned within 30 days of purchase/shipment. MICPEL does not give refunds on audio cassette, audio CD, DVD, or text CD purchases. However, MICPEL will replace defective cassettes, CDs, and DVDs. Customers may not return previously purchased items for a refund and then purchase the identical item, within 30 days, to attempt to take advantage of any sale, discount, or promotional price on the item that was not offered at the time of the original purchase.
