FLEX PASS
For just one low price, a Flex Pass allows you to attend as many of our programs as you like for twelve months with only limited exceptions. MICPEL presents an average of 70 program titles a year, at all levels from basic to advanced, with over 200 live and video replay presentations of those titles at convenient locations in Baltimore, Rockville and Columbia. We also have multiple attorney Flex Passes, which can be shared by partners or associates in offices of two, three, four, or five attorneys (for six or more attorneys, please call MICPEL to discuss a custom package). Flex Pass holders may also purchase written materials, audio tapes and CDs of programs conducted during the term of your passport at a 50% discount. (NOTE: course materials consist of outlines and materials provided by program presenters; excluded from this Flex Pass offer are any other MICPEL Books, Handbooks, Manuals, Disks, or separate "stand alone" publications which may be offered in conjunction with attending a program.) Flex Pass holders are also entitled to attend any video replay programs for free.

SELECT PASS
A Select Pass allows you to attend any six regular full or half-day seminars of your choice with only limited exceptions: $799 for MSBA members; $899 for non-MSBA members.
 

Terms, Conditions & Restrictions
A FLEX PASS, valid for twelve months from the date of issuance, entitles you to attend as many courses as you’d like during the year, for one low price. A SELECT PASS, valid for twelve months from the date of issuance, entitles you to attend six courses for one low price. Certain MICPEL programs (limited enrollment; workshop and skills training programs; mediation training seminars; programs featuring new/revised MICPEL publications or national speakers who receive honoraria; or programs conducted in hotels where there is a separate charge for meals) are excluded from this offer. However, Flex Pass and Select Pass holders are usually offered a significantly discounted registration fee to these excluded programs, paying a minimal cost to help defray MICPEL’s additional direct expenses in connection with producing these special programs. Please note than an evening series of ten (10) hours or more in length will count as two seminars for Select Pass holders. Certain multi-day programs may also count as more than one program for Select Pass holders. Please contact MICPEL for details. Flex and Select Pass holders must register for programs, in writing, at least seven (7) days before the program, and must abide by MICPEL’s program cancellation and transfer policies and deadlines. If a Flex Pass holder registers for a regular live program or video replay and fails to attend, written course materials will not be sent unless a separate fee has been paid. If a Select Pass holder registers for a regular live program or video replay and fails to attend, and does not cancel or transfer the registration within the designated time, the program registration will be considered to be one of the six programs and the pass holder will receive the written course materials in full consideration of the paid pass fee. MICPEL reserves the right to cancel or reschedule programs and assumes no responsibility for any expenses incurred should it become necessary to reschedule or cancel any program.
