From North of Baltimore: Take 95 South to 395 North, Exit 53. 395 turns into Howard Street. Continue North on Howard Street to Lombard Street (approximately 4 blocks), make a left. At 2nd block (Paca Street), make a right. At 3rd light (Fayette Street), make a left - - Westminster Hall is on the left hand side at the corner of Fayette & Greene Streets OR take Jones Falls Expressway, 83 South, to the end. Make a right onto Fayette Street. Continue on Fayette to Greene Street.
From South of Baltimore: Take 95 North to 395 North, Exit 53 - 395 turns into Howard Street. Continue North on Howard to Lombard Street (approximately 4 blocks), make left. At 2nd block (Paca Street), make a right. At 3rd light (Fayette Street), make a left - - Westminster Hall is on the left hand side at the corner of Fayette & Greene Streets.
From DC: Take Baltimore/Washington Parkway all the way into Baltimore. The Parkway becomes Russell Street and goes right past Camden Yards Ballpark. Russell Street then becomes Paca Street. Continue 3 blocks past the Ballpark to Fayette Street and make a left onto Fayette. Westminster Hall is on the left hand side at the corner of Fayette & Greene Streets.

From the North of Baltimore:
Take 95 South to 395 North, Exit 53. Stay in the far
right lane of 395 and take Martin Luther King Blvd. Continue North on MLK
Blvd.in far right lane. Make right onto Baltimore Street at light. At second
light, turn left at light onto Paca Street. Go one block and make left at light
onto Fayette Street. Westminster Hall is on the left hand side at the
corner of Fayette and Greene Streets.
OR, Take the Jones Falls Expressway (83 South) to the end. Make a right at the
light onto Fayette Street. Follow Fayette Street to Greene Street. Westminster
Hall is on the left hand side at the corner of Fayette and Greene
Streets.
From the South of Baltimore:
Take 95 North to 395 North, Exit 53. Stay in the far right lane of 395 and
take Martin Luther King Blvd. Continue North on MLK Blvd.in far right lane. Make
right onto Baltimore Street at light. At second light, turn left at light onto
Paca Street. Go one block and make left at light onto Fayette Street.
Westminster Hall is on the left hand side at the corner of Fayette and
Greene Streets.
From Washington D.C
Take the Baltimore/Washington Parkway all the way into Baltimore. The BW
Parkway becomes Russell Street and passes Oriole Park at Camden Yards. Russell
Street then turns into Paca Street. Continue three blocks past the ballpark to
Fayette Street. Make a left at light onto Fayette Street. Westminster Hall is on the
left hand side at the corner of Fayette and Greene Streets.
Parking is available on the street at metered spaces. The meters are restricted from 7am - 9am and 4pm and 6pm. Parking is also available at the Grand Garage on the right hand side of Paca Street between West Baltimore and Fayette Streets.
