MICPEL's Programs Online education through the MICPEL Online Catalog at LegalSpan allows you to take CLE courses whenever and wherever you have access to the Internet. A selection of our most popular seminars is delivered right to your desktop in streaming audio and video format, with companion written materials in PDF format. Click on the link above to choose a course to purchase. You will have three months to complete a 4-hour program and six months to complete a 6-hour program. You can stop and start at your convenience and follow the written materials online as you proceed through the program.

Carroll Community College Online education is also available through Carroll Community College’s Blackboard Presentation Format. Again, a selection of our most popular seminars is available through Carroll’s website, allowing you to take the courses whenever and wherever you have internet access. Courses are presented in video segments (modules) recorded from the original live presentations. Reading materials are provided as PDF documents to read as you take the course and to download for future reference. PowerPoint presentations from the live course can also be viewed as you take the course and can be downloaded for future reference.
